Blogs: How can they be used by educational leaders?

Blogs can be used by educational leaders for many purposes.  They can be used as an online journal to capture thoughts, a way of publishing their work and ideas, a means of collaboration between other professionals, and even a way to communicate with parents.  However educational leaders decide to use their blogs, they need to always be aware of their digital footprint and their responsibility as an educator.
